Notices to Mariners (Efs)

The Efs provides information on changes or defects in aids to navigation, discovery of new dangers and on shortcomings in Norwegian charts or publications, navigational warnings, gunnery exercises or other information of interest to mariners.

The Norwegian Pilot Guide - Sailing Directions

The Norwegian Pilot Guide consists of sailing directions for the Norwegian coast, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, and is a supplement to the nautical charts.

Symbols and Abbreviations on Maritime Charts

The publication provides an overview of symbols and abbreviations used for Norwegian nautical charts. The text is in both Norwegian and English.

Tide Tables and Water Level Forecast at Se havnivå

Se havnivå shows observed and forecasted water levels, and tide tables for almost any place along the Norwegian coast. If you are interested in water level information for within the next five days, we recommend that you use the water level forecast.
